This S-shaped onahole hug pillow is in fact shaped more like a triple humped camel, that has a 7 to 8 inch built-in custom hole for your onahole case to slot into.
It’s plain in design, so no real giveaways and doubles up well as either a non-portable neck pillow or a third party hands-free pocket pussy mount – depending on your case size, and the troughs between each hump can also be used – to a degree – to rest larger devices like the Keon 2 vertically.

Unboxing Dakimakura Onahole Pillow
When the Dakimakura onahole pillow rocked up, it arrived in a pretty big square sized cardboard box, which was to be expected. There was a little damage to the cardboard itself but nothing beyond that.
Once unboxed, there are a few bits and pieces to unravel.
You’ve got:
- The pillow itself wrapped in plastic
- The Onhaole which comes in a box, so the case, vagina fronted sleeve & a bullet vibrator
- Some one-sided sticky velcro
- 2 free lube samples
- Very animated instructions brochure
- User manual
- A free anime keyring
You can tell a lot of care has gone into every aspect of the product’s design and assembly. What I wasn’t expecting was the additional bullet vibrator that came with the onahole.
A nice little surprise that pops in through a tiny hole at the backend of the sleeve, and sits there in its pocket, and delivers one constant vibration. Personally, I like to set my own pulse patterns and fluctuate the intensity by hand, so I stick to BJ simulators for vibe fun, but it’s there if you need.
Velcro Up
It’s very straight forward setting up this S-shaped Dakimakura onahole pillow.
All you basically need to do is wrap the one-sided sticky velcro around the rim of the onahole case, so it’s stuck on permanently, and this then attaches itself to the velcro already sewn on to the inside rim of the custom hole in the pillow.
And voila – you’re up and running!
Dakimakura Onahole Sleeve Texture
At 5.5 inches long, the silicone sleeve is a pretty smooth affair. It doesn’t contain deep ridges or tight corridors for you to pierce through, but it has a gentle texture which you can see if you turn it inside out, which you should do when you wash it btw!
The first half of the inner sleeve is patternless, but there are 4 oblong lumps, which definitely make the sleeve squeeze you harder on entry.
And it’s almost fully encompassing – depending on your length, so sensation wise it’s squishy and tender all-round, with diagonal tracks running a finger width apart in the last section, to create a bit of friction and tingling around your crown, as you run back and forth over these tram lines.
The bullet vibrator slots through a tiny hole at the end of the sleeve, which adds a new sensory dimension to your nightly visitations.
A lightweight silicone, it’s delicate and bouncy, and thankfully doesn’t tear easily.
