Method 1 – Under Desk Mount
An invention from 4 years ago, but relevant as ever, this crafty Max 2 under the desk mount, is mounted on an adjustable standing desk so you can tilt it, which makes all the difference.
What you’ll need
- 2 x 3″ diameter pipe brackets, plumbing brackets or clamps
- Or you can 3D print these vacuum pipe brackets on thingiverse which fit
- Short flat headed screws
- A soft rag
How to make an under the desk Max 2 mount
- Grab which ever brackets you can source, your hardware store will stock them, and 4 phillips screws with the appropriate depth for your desk.
- Use a rag, maybe soft strips of leather or a hand towel to cushion the Max 2 between the brackets so you don’t damage it. This also improves the brackets grip.
- Tighten the screws but not too tightly. You’ll be able to pull the sleeve out after and the machine too if the brackets aren’t screwed in too tightly. This bad boy shouldn’t be going anywhere in a hurry now.
Method 2 – Chastity Belt 3D Mount
What an idea. Guessing most won’t have one of these chastity belts lying around so maybe a quick shop is needed. You are making a mounting plate for the belt and a Max 2 holder, so the Max 2 can lock in and hang eye to eye with Jenkins. What you’ll need
- Behind Barz (UK) chastity belt or one similar to mount the 3 holed plate
- 3D printer or you can have one made and delivered. You can try Craftcloud in the US or go on Facebook and find a 3D printing group in your area and post your inquiry.

Method 3 – Podcaster Microphone
Going out on a limb here, but the podcaster microphone design looks ideal. How the Max 2 will lock in will depend on the mic holder. Some wind in, some slot, others rest.
You’ll need the boom arm and the shock mount to get the most out of their agility, and they don’t come cheap, but a podcaster microphone setup could be one option.

Method 4 – 3D Flat Surface Clamp
Another 3D printed method for those with access to this tech, an affordable (local) manufacturer or a good mate; this flat surface mount should prompt a few ideas. It’s like a clamp you’d use with mountain bikes or the hose but larger. The adjustable bolt is convenient.
What you’ll need
- 3D printer
- ABS or most other materials possible
- 8 wood screws with countersunk heads or button cap head
- 10 machine screws with bolt -1.5 -2″ one

Method 5 – 3D Sliding Mounting Plate
The final 3D Lovense Max 2 mount invention is an extension of the flat surface clamp by the same creator. This one slides on a plate for flexible positioning.
What you’ll need
- 2 x M3 x 16 SHCS screws
- 1 x M3 x 40 SHCS screw
- 3 x M3 nuts
- 3 x M3 x 5 x 4 heat sets (Voron standard).
- 3 x of the M3 versions of this mode
How to make a Sliding Max 2 mounting plate
- As specified, there are a few extra hurdles required. The heat sets are inserted into the dovetail holes and one of the holes that provides the grip pressure.
- The screw holes in the mounting plate are for 8 flat head wood screws.
